In 10 days it will be Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. Not only because of all the great food. I love the holiday because it’s about being thankful and grateful for what you have and who you have in your life.
Gratitude is the quality of being thankful.
Research has proven that gratitude improves overall physical and psychological health. It improves sleep and an individuals overall quality of life. For the next 10 days, I am going to participate in the 10 days of gratitude challenge and I encourage you to do the same.
A little bit of gratitude goes a very long way. With gratitude you will live a happier and more positive life. You will also attract much better things in your life.
To participate in the challenge you can either write in your journal or post to your social media platform. It’s just important that you note and document what you are grateful for. Often with our daily routine, we forget the little things not realizing how each little detail brings us so much happiness.
