Day 5- What Rejection Are You Most Grateful For?

Rejection is God’s Protection

The face of constant Rejection.

As I look at the above picture, which was taken over 7 years ago I was in a really bad place. I can see all the pain and unnecessary hurt, I was going through. I loss a job. I was rejected by someone who wasn’t worth the time of day. I had co-dependent relationships that was not healthy. As I look at this picture, it remind me that I will never feel this way again.

Rejection is a part of life and something I had to deal with often. As I look back on my life, I realize every time I was being rejected, I was being redirected to something much better.

  1. Sometimes rejection can mean blessing. There was a time I was desperately looking for a job. I applied for a job even though I was over qualified for it. At the end of the day I wasn’t selected and that made me cry for days because I needed money. Few months later I was offered a job in a very good company. ❤️

  2. Hey Shawn, your stories are like pages from my life. I thought I was in love with aan who got out and married someone else named Robin and they had a baby together. That still rocks my core till this day because I never knew what i did for this to happen and him to turn away after all we has been through. Reading your blog gives me hope! 🙏
